Why Us?
Veterinarian-Led Guidance
Having completed the undergrad coursework and applied to vet school myself, I offer tailored insights that address your unique needs. I know what it’s like to balance demanding coursework, clinical experience, and real-world responsibilities—all while aiming for acceptance into a competitive program.Comprehensive, Long-Term Strategy
I begin by examining your current experiences, coursework and grades to ensure that you’re on track academically, in your extracurriculars and completing the VMCAS prerequisites. Rather than just polishing essays, I help you build a holistic roadmap that will make you a strong, unique and well-rounded applicant.Ongoing, One-on-One Support
I offer personalized, one-on-one guidance with timely communication and thorough feedback. From shadowing opportunities to crafting a memorable personal statement to admissions interviews, I’m here to support you each step of the way.Network and Resources
From established veterinarians to specialized externships, I share a robust network that can help you gain the real-world experiences that admissions committees value. If you want to explore a particular field of vet med or find relevant research projects, I’ll help connect you to meaningful opportunities. I work throughout California as a relief vet, so I have made contacts throughout the state and across the country!Application Expertise
When you’re ready to apply, we will work together to write the strongest personal statement and supplemental essays, go through VMCAS application, practice for interviews, and more. We’ll highlight what makes you unique so your application stands out in a competitive field.Financial Aspect
Applying to vet school is expensive. I help you narrow down a list of schools so you are not spending hundreds-thousands of dollars extra to apply to every school out there. We also discuss the finances involved, the prices of different schools and prep you to be set up for as much financial success as possible. I want to help students from jumping blindly in, and going into hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt. Upon admittance to vet school, I will work with you to come up with a game plan financially if interested.
